After a particularly hard rain storm, I found a wet spot on the carpet in my basement office. Water didn’t seem to be coming in from outside or any other obvious location. So, I called Pronto Plumbing. The plumber arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and started to look for the leak. There were a lot of possibilities including several pipes, dishwasher, kitchen sink, three toilets, and an outside wall attached to our back porch. He was able to trace the leak to the very back of our dishwasher in an area that required some digging to access. He was efficient and professional, and he solved the problem.
